(HIRED) Project Lead, The Soulfuls Mentorship Program)

Febuar 2024.

We at The Soulfuls are thrilled to expand our team from February 1st 2024 and are searching for a highly organised and creative Project Lead to support us in this exciting journey. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a dynamic project as it continues to grow. As an integral part of our small, dedicated team, you will manage all aspects of the 3-year rollout of this exceptional program for young women.

About The Soulfuls
The Soulfuls, founded by Aram Ostadian-Binai in 2018, is an Award-winning Copenhagen-based NGO with a compelling mission to pave the way toward a free, fair, and inclusive future where everyone's voices can be heard. We take pride in celebrating cultural diversity and aspire to empower the next generation of women from all backgrounds to achieve their career goals. Our ambition is to create better opportunities for women in the job market, regardless of their cultural background.

About The Mentorship Program
Our Mentorship program is designed for young women of colour, aimed at providing visibility, opportunity, and independence through a unique 6-month initiative. The Soulfuls Mentorship Program is dedicated to breaking down barriers for young women of colour looking to enter the creative industries. We are currently concluding our second program and gearing up to launch our 2024 edition.
