You’re the critical connection between our various teams, that makes sure we deliver on time, so everything works in the same direction.

Our new colleague comes with a holistic mindset that spans from being highly organised to understanding the connection between everything from fashion fairs, storefronts, to packshots and campaigns. The role is in the marketing-team, but working closely with e- commerce, retail, wholesale and operations to ensure a smooth working process and no late deliveries.

The position runs from May/June 2022 until August/September 2023. Quick application appreciated!

What you will do

With reference to our CMO, your overall success criterion is to help our workflows and processes run smoothly, by creating plans, and keeping deadlines, but also contributing to our creative output.

  • Overview of all projects, launches and campaigns across the company.

  • Ownership, updating, and maintenance of the full yearly communication plan across sales channels.

  • Coordination of communication and content in owned channels, and update and maintenance of content plan alongsidesocial & influencer team.

  • Coordination and production of merchandise for stores, fairs and events.

  • Coordination of printing and shipping of all physical printed materials, including posters for poster walls, postcards, window film, etc.x

  • Coordination and sourcing of material for digital ads and campaigns; images, text, translations.

  • Coordination of productions.

  • Coordination and prioritisation of smaller inter-organizational projects in the brand/marketing department.

  • Various brand/marketing related projects and tasks
