The ‘Power & Potential’ mentorship program is to tackle the confidence gap, which ultimately leads to more gender inequalities and missed opportunities.

For this program, we are thrilled to announce our partnership with Kérastase’ Power Talk initiative. Our common commitment to close the confidence gap brought us together. Power & Potential mentorship program is designed to support young women in the early stage of their career and in building their confidence.

This program is for young women from ALL backgrounds, where at least 40% of the spots will be given to women from minor ethnic groups / POC (People of Colour). Kérastase stands together with us in paving the way for a free, fair and inclusive future where there is room for everyone’s voices - no matter background.

The Soulfuls overall mission is to close the opportunity gap for girls and women from ALL backgrounds. Our Mentorship programs have been designed to help tackle different barriers, and empower the next generation of women to confidently use their voice, aim for their dreams, and build their own future.

Who Can Apply as Mentee?

You are on your career defining moment, choosing your path and early stage of your career path (searching for your first job, you are already in your first job, …)

You need guidance and mentoring in planning your next steps and building your confidence wherever you are.

You live in Denmark

You identify as female.

You are 18 - 30 years old

You are ready to unlock your potential and build a strong network.

You are ready to commit to a 6-months program with 4 x mentoring sessions

You can commit to attend at least 2 x workshops / events for mentees during the program

You are ready to meet so many other amazing mentees - we know we are :)


… if you can say YES! to all the above points, you can apply for Power & Potential mentorship program by The Soulfuls & Kérastase, for women, by women.

What to expect?

  • Mentoring, you get 4 x one-to-one sessions with your mentor over the next 6 months

  • Access to workshops and talks (online and offline) to help you get the most of the experience and learn about paths into different careers

  • Networking opportunities and being part of a community of like minded young women and female leaders working to make a difference

Why mentoring matter?

  1. A mentor supports you set career goals and taking the steps to realise them.

  2. Expanding your network with industry professionals to find internships, and locate possible jobs.

  3. Introducing you to resources and organisations you may not be familiar with.
