Introducing the Kérastase Power Talks X The Soulfuls Mentorship Program, dedicated to tackling the confidence gap and eradicating gender inequalities that result in missed opportunities.
We're excited to announce our partnership with Kérastase Power Talk initiative, driven by our shared dedication to closing the confidence gap. This program is specifically tailored to bolster the confidence of young women embarking on their careers.
Open to young women from all backgrounds, with a commitment to allocating at least 40% of spots to individuals from minor ethnic groups/POC (People of Colour), our partnership with Kérastase underscores our collective vision for an inclusive future where every voice is heard, regardless of background.
At The Soulfuls, our overarching mission is to bridge the opportunity gap for girls and women from all walks of life. Our Mentorship programs are designed to address different barriers, empowering the next generation of women to confidently use their voices, follow their dreams and build their own futures.

Who Can Apply as Mentee?
You are on your career defining moment, choosing your path and early stage of your career path (searching for your first job, you are already in your first job, …)
You need guidance and mentoring in planning your next steps and building your confidence wherever you are.
You live in Denmark
You identify as female.
You are 18 - 30 years old
You are ready to unlock your potential and build a strong network.
You are ready to commit to a 6-months program with 4 x mentoring sessions
You can commit to attend at least 2 x workshops / events for mentees during the program
You are ready to meet so many other amazing mentees - we know we are :)

Mentoring, you get 4 x one-to-one sessions with your mentor over the next 6 months
Access to workshops and talks (online and offline) to help you get the most of the experience and learn about paths into different careers
Networking opportunities and being part of a community of like minded young women and female leaders working to make a difference
Why mentoring matter?
A mentor supports you set career goals and taking the steps to realise them.
Expanding your network with industry professionals to find internships, and locate possible jobs.
Introducing you to resources and organisations you may not be familiar with.
Mapping out skills for seeking a job, interviewing for a job, and keeping a job.
