We’re beyond excited to launch this year’s Dreamers & Doers Mentorship Program with the support of Tuborgfondet! This free, 6-month mentorship program is designed to break down barriers for young women of colour (18-30) in the creative industries—because your voice, your vision, and your talent deserve to be seen and heard.
What You Get as Mentee
1:1 mentorship with top industry leaders (4+ hours of tailored guidance)
Exclusive workshops, networking & career-building opportunities
A supportive community that uplifts and empowers
The chance to collaborate on a final creative project (November 2025)
Who Should Apply?
If you’re an aspiring journalist, illustrator, editor, creative director, advertising manager, marketing strategist, entrepreneur or anything in between—this is your chance to level up and step into your power.
To be eligible, you must
✔️ Identify as an ambitious woman of colour (18-30 years old)
✔️ Be pursuing or early in your creative career (less than 5 years in the field)
✔️ Commit to the 6-month mentorship program
✔️ Be open to new perspectives & willing to set goals
✔️ Be based in Denmark and able to attend our launch event on April 17th
